Yes. In Windows, right-click on the icon on the taskbar to reveal the
RecoveryMagic menu, then select Uninstall command to remove RecoveryMagic
software from your computer. The uninstall is actioned during a reboot of
the PC.
Uninstall can also be actioned without having to have Windows working
if the boot mode option is actioned, by pressing the <HOME>
key when the "Protected by RecoveryMagic" message display during
the boot of the PC to reveal the menu and uninstall command..
WARNING - Do not attempt to uninstall RecoveryMagic
manually (This is because the software is resident in the HDD MBR which
can not be accessed except by RecoveryMagic.)
Note: If you have installed the demonstration version you must
uninstall this using the Uninstall command prior to using the setup
software to install the commercial version of RecoveryMagic.
RecoveryMagic detects the presence of an existing version. You are
prevented from installing two versions of RecoveryMagic software on the
same computer. Also, do not attempt to uninstall and reinstall the
demonstration version of RecoveryMagic on the same computer -- this is not
permitted. |
